20+ hours ( 2 x 10pm-8am Waking night shift) - With the flexibility & commitment to cover day shifts as and when required

Job Description:

Flexicare At Home are looking for a compassionate and flexible support worker in Batley to provide dedicated support to one female client.

This role requires flexibility to cover varying shifts throughout the week (Including some weekend shifts).

This position offers flexible scheduling with shifts varying between 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm. A set rota will be provided monthly in advance. The role includes both weekday and weekend coverage to ensure consistent support for our client.

Minimum hours you would work will be 21 hours (3 shifts) but we require flexibility for someone who would be willing to cover holiday leave etc..

Client Profile:

Our client is a wonderful individual who enjoys:

* Outdoor activities and community outings
* Engaging companionship and social interaction

Responsibilities:

* Companionship and social engagement
* Accompanying client on community outings
* Dog walking and pet care support
* Meal prep support
* Domestic duties such as cleaning
* Communications and emotional support

Key Requirements:

* Full UK driving licence
* Own vehicle & Business insurance (essential for community outings)
* Caring and empathetic personality
* Flexibility to work varying hours between 8am-10pm
* Comfortable with pets (client has a dog)
* Eligibility to work in UK (no sponsorship/visa support available)
