Salary: Registered Manager £55,000 - £60,000 | Responsible Individual £500 per day
We are working with a new provider preparing to open a therapeutic solo placement home in Knowsley, supporting one young person with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a brand-new service from the ground up.

Roles Available
* Registered Manager (Full-Time, Permanent) – As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading the home, recruiting and developing a skilled staff team, and ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding. You will create a nurturing and therapeutic culture where young people feel safe, supported, and empowered.
* Responsible Individual (Part-Time, 1 day per week) – As RI, you will provide oversight, guidance, and governance to ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted standards, while supporting the Registered Manager and directors to embed a culture of quality and accountability.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in children's residential care, ideally within EBD settings
* Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practice and Ofsted regulations
* NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - RM role
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Commitment to safeguarding, compliance, and positive outcomes for children
