This firm is seeking a Residential Property Associate with 1+ PQE.

Additionally, they have made significant strides recently with crucial senior hires, especially within the Residential Property/Conveyancing department.
This firm is very flexible and offers hybrid working from home 2 days per week and a good bonus scheme.
The Role:
Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Residential Property Solicitor 1+ PQE to join their outstanding team.
This role will allow you to become a crucial part of a flourishing, highly skilled and experienced team with a specific focus on Residential Property transactions. This includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and more. This will be a hands-on role in working with high-end estate agents and having a real variety of work.
Requirements & Salary:
1. You will be a Residential Property Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer with 1+ PQE
2. You will be a dynamic and personable individual
3. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
4. You will be able to and comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
