The Role • We are looking for a resilient and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. This role involves providing one-to-one and small group support, assisting in booster sessions and interventions, and ensuring that every student — particularly those with additional needs — feels safe, supported, and able to thrive. • The successful candidate will be quick-thinking, resourceful, and committed to upholding the highest safeguarding standards.
