This landmark development includes commercial office space, high-end residential units, and retail components. You'll play a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of the electrical package – from procurement and design coordination to installation, testing, and final handover. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the electrical package from pre-construction through to commissioning. Manage and coordinate specialist MEP subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to spec. Interface closely with design teams, consultants, and client representatives.
