The Role The successful candidates will join a busy and dynamic team handling a wide variety of real estate work across multiple sectors, with high levels of autonomy and client exposure. · Advise on a full spectrum of commercial property transactions, including: o Sales and acquisitions o Leasing and lease management o Development and investment work o Corporate support transactions o Portfolio management o Property funding and telecoms
* Act for a diverse range of clients including investors, developers, retailers, healthcare providers, and leisure/hospitality operators
* Play a key role in client relationships and business development
* Support more junior lawyers and contribute to the strategic growth of the team

* 3+ PQE and 6+ PQE, ideally with experience in commercial property law
* A strong technical understanding of property transactions
