We are a diagnostic service within the award‑winning lung cancer team at Wythenshawe Hospital. Patients attend our unit for CT‑ or ultrasound‑guided lung biopsies in a brand new purpose‑built unit. We are looking for compassionate and caring Nursing Assistants to be a key part of the patient care journey at Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MFT). Our Nursing Assistants take great pride in the essential work we do, going the extra mile for patients day in, day out.
Seniority level: Entry‑level
Employment type: Full‑time
Responsibilities
* Communicate in a sensitive and compassionate manner with patients, relatives and other members of the multi‑disciplinary team, working flexibly across shifts between 07:30–18:30 weekdays with occasional weekend shifts.

Training & Development
On joining MFT you will be supported to develop knowledge and skills through our Support Worker Development Programme for Nursing Assistants.
