The main goal of this role is to support the daily management of a large, high profile contract within South Wales, organizing on-time delivery of maintenance and repair works and supporting all operational and sales activity relating to the contract. Deliver customer satisfaction and quality in order to ensure retention and sustainable long term growth of the contract As a contract coordinator, you will: * Maintain regular customer communication, preparation and delivery of reports for all equipment out of action and requiring repairs or upgrades. * Be the Point of contact for customers for day to day enquiries.
