Salary :£27,105.00 perannum plusbonus up to £250 per month if KPI's are met

We are looking for a Revenue Assurance Officer to join our Revenue Assurance team based in Prestatyn.
Reporting toSelf PayTeam Leader, the candidate willassistthegroupwide management of recording, resolution and payment of accounts thatremainunpaid following treatment by the payor or accounts in a credit status.
The role will involve frequent interaction with facility staff and Senior Management, Clinical Teamsand ,internal and external teams toassistin the resolution of the accounts.

Whatyou’lldo:
Contacts & resolves underpaid claims relating to bulk issues identified with specific self-funding patients
Performsappropriate followup with Payer and gains commitment for payment.
Identifiesand communicates contract related issues to Contracts leadership asappropriate.
Collaboratively works with 3rd party debt collection agency forself payinvoices
Reviewsself payinvoices that are on hold status due to queries/complaints

Experience of presenting financial information to non-finance professionals

Demonstrated analytical skills and excellent computer/systems skills withdemonstratedspreadsheet and databaseexpertise
Demonstrative IT skills within MS office to include Excel
