Robert Walters is recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected and growing business, for an upcoming opportunity for a Finance Business Partner based in Redditch. This role offers the chance to influence strategic decision-making and support commercial performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:
* Provide financial insight and strategic support to operational and senior management teams
* Deliver accurate monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
* Identify key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities across the business
* Lead cost analysis and support investment decisions through robust financial modelling
* Influence business performance through proactive engagement with stakeholders
* Support continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting standards
About you:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance role
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence at all levels
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
