About the role:
Ensuring excellent customer-service to GLISE’s clients and a high-level of data quality when it comes to system maintenance and processing. Good understanding of all of Great Lakes Insurance and Technical Accounting processes and to build relationships between Technical Accounting and their clients (External and Internal). Focus on the operation task within the RIA UK team. Produce high quality data and provide a high quality service to Internal and External clients, with appropriate escalation where necessary.
Key Duties:
1. Enhance data integrity and perform Operations tasks to a high quality
2. Resolve all queries received from our clients
3. Provide support for all internal business units
4. Review and maintain all Technical items on the relevant company ledgers
5. Perform Terror and Embargo checks
6. Adhere to Global processes to achieve effective and efficient ways of working
7. Support the Quarter End process where necessary
8. Facilitate non-bureau payments, reserves and fee bookings on relevant global systems

Key Skills & Experience:
9. Good contractual knowledge of Insurance or Re-insurance business.

10. Educated to a degree standard or relevant Insurance/Reinsurance experience
