Overview
Oracle Fusion Solution Architect is responsible for designing, leading and governing the end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and Supply Chain Planning. The role ensures alignment of the solution with business requirements, best practices and Oracle Cloud standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Define the overall solution architecture for Oracle Fusion SCM Modules, integrating with other Oracle Cloud modules (Finance, EPM, Procurement) and external systems.
* Lead the design of business processes across Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and Supply Chain Planning.
* Ensure that solutions meet performance, scalability and security requirements.
* Validate Oracle-recommended leading practices and ensure fit-gap analysis is properly managed.
* Provide functional leadership during Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Implementations.
* Ensure architecture is aligned with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware and reporting frameworks (OTBI, BI Publisher).
* Define solution governance processes and standards.
* Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, supply chain leadership and IT executives.
* Present solution options, trade-offs and recommendations.
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
* Extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles, with a focus on Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
* Hands-on experience in delivering large transformation projects and worked extensively in Public Service Domain in UK & Ireland.
* In-depth knowledge of Oracle SaaS/PaaS Cloud application for Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and Supply Chain Planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Planning Central) business streams.
* Strong experience in designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain solutions.
* Ability to manage stakeholders and lead design workshops.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, proficient in architecting complex solutions and troubleshooting technical issues.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
