Key Responsibilities
* Support the management and development of existing customer accounts
* Assist with identifying and qualifying sales growth opportunities
* Prepare quotations, proposals and customer documentation
* Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline updates and account records
* Act as a first point of contact for routine customer enquiries
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
* Participate in customer meetings, reviews and presentations
* Support monthly and quarterly business review preparation
* Monitor market trends, customer activity and product developments
* Assist with order follow-up, pricing checks and lead tracking
* Support account planning and reporting activities

* Comfortable working cross-functionally within a manufacturing environment
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to analyse and interpret basic commercial data and reporting metrics
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination or inside sales
* Exposure to automotive, construction/agriculture or material handling sectors would be advantageous
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics
* Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
* Ambition to progress into a full Account Management role over time
