About The Role
Please note that this is a part-time role working 23 hours per week from 8am - 3pm. Full flexibility is required.
As a Housekeeping Assistant at HC-One, kindness will be at the heart of everything you do. It's what shapes our care across Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist homes. Our Residents are people with rich lives and personal stories. By joining HC-One, you'll help give something back through care, respect, and attention to detail.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
2. Following cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead
3. Using products safely and following hygiene procedures
4. Supporting infection control and safety standards
5. Helping with laundry and linen care
6. Reporting any issues or repairs as needed
You should take pride in your work and keep everything spotless. Whether ticking off tasks or helping out, do it with care and compassion.
Some housekeeping experience is helpful, but full training is provided. You need to be organized, manage your time well, and work with attention to detail. Most importantly, bring a positive attitude, kindness, and respect in every interaction with Residents, visitors, and colleagues.
