Key Responsibilities
Proactively upselling through regular client engagement
Deliver tailored product/service recommendations to meet client needs
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems
Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceIdeal candidate
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organised with attention to detail
Confident in engaging with decision-makers
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to track activity and performance
