About The Role: As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities Quoted Works & Project Coordination Coordinate all approved quoted works across contract and projects Manage variations, additional works, and small projects from approval through to completion Ensure works are closed out with the correct documentation and evidence Planning & Resource Coordination Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and materials for quoted works Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to confirm availability and lead times Arrange access, permits, RAMS, and site requirements Support forward planning and workload forecasting Technical & Operational Support Review scopes of works prior to scheduling to ensure clarity Liaise with technical teams to confirm appropriate trades and competencies Support contract and project managers with updates and reporting Identify and escalate risks, delays, or resource constraints Client & Stakeholder Communication Liaise with clients regarding scheduling and delivery of approved works Provide clear updates on progress, changes, or delays Coordinate communication between site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Systems, Reporting & Administration Raise, manage, and close works via CAFM or project management systems Maintain accurate records for job status, costs, and completion Track backlog, work-in-progress, and completion performance Ensure information supports invoicing, audits, and contract reporting What are we looking for?
