An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Contact Team Manager to join a growing mortgage broker firm in Gateshead.
You will lead a team responsible for handling new mortgage enquiries, ensuring clients receive a professional, timely, and compliant service before referral to Mortgage Advisors.
