Retail Lead (Commercial) - Birmingham Outlet Resorts World Solihull
Role summary: Commercial Retail Lead to deliver worldclass service and a premium brand experience, coordinating, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets across daily operations, including digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor, and promotional campaigns; acting as a brand ambassador for NIKE initiatives and ensuring store standards and guidelines are followed.
Responsibilities
* COMMERCIAL: Support a team that delivers efficient receiving of product, inventory accuracy to visual presentation standards, and timely monthly initiative launches.
* ATHLETE EXPERIENCE: Ensure the team is equipped to deliver the highest quality athlete experience.
* CONSUMER EXPERIENCE: Lead by example to deliver on the sales floor service and bring the consumer journey to life.
Qualifications
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
* Ability to manage a small team of peers.
* Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
* Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
* Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours (40 hrs FULL TIME), which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
