Your future duties and responsibilities: In this role, you will lead and grow a Technology Advisory consulting capability, providing strategic guidance to new and existing clients across cloud adoption, architecture, operating model design, technical maturity, and cost optimisation. You will own the full business development lifecycle, from shaping opportunities through to client approval, while delivering high-quality advisory outcomes that drive long-term value. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across CGI, lead a revenue-generating team, and take accountability for financial performance. Supported by a culture that values ownership, collaboration, and innovation, you will shape offerings, develop people, and help define the future direction of CGI’s Tech Advisory practice. Key responsibilities include: Lead & Grow: Build and scale a successful Technology Advisory consulting practice Shape & Sell: Own the business development lifecycle and develop compelling client propositions Advise & Influence: Lead CxO-level conversations across technology and strategy Design & Deliver: Oversee advisory services including architecture, portfolios, and transformation Manage & Optimise: Take accountability for financial performance, P&L, and business cases Collaborate & Enable: Work with digital transformation, IP, and service delivery teams Required qualifications to be successful in this role: You will bring extensive senior-level experience in technology consulting, with a strong track record of growing consulting businesses and influencing executive stakeholders. You are commercially astute, technically credible, and confident leading complex engagements across multiple domains.
