Job Title: SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Andover

Hours: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking a caring and dedicated SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide individual support to a student with Special Educational Needs in a school setting in Andover. This role involves working closely with the student to help them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their potential.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-to-one support tailored to the student’s needs.
2. Assist with classroom activities and implement individual education plans.
3. Support social and emotional development in a positive and inclusive environment.
4. Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure progress.
Requirements:
5. Experience working with children with SEN (school-based experience preferred).
6. Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
7. Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
8. Ability to work full-time during term time.
