Job Purpose: We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator to join our team on a 12 month contract covering maternity. In this role, you'll take ownership of internal and external recruitment campaigns, making sure every candidate enjoys a positive and inclusive experience. You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues, offering expert advice and helping shape recruitment strategies that support both the Talent Acquisition function and NATS' wider people objectives. A key part of the role will involve building strong, trusted relationships with your designated business areas. You'll take time to understand their needs, run effective briefings, and provide coaching to help hiring managers carry out confident, fair and inclusive interviews. You'll champion our employer brand by crafting engaging job adverts and ensuring our approach attracts a wide range of talented people. You'll also collaborate with our Corporate Communications team on projects that strengthen how we present NATS as an employer. Alongside managing end to end campaigns, you'll actively source talent using a range of tools, including LinkedIn and specialist channels, keeping in close touch with promising candidates. You'll play an important role in Early Careers recruitment, supporting events and assessment centres. You'll also lead or support continuous improvement projects within the team - making sure processes, documentation and training materials stay current, clear and fit for purpose - and help progress our recruitment D&I action plan.
