Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have at least 5 years experience using Quickbooks for accounts
Responsibilities
* Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all documents are organised and easily accessible
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking
* Provide clerical support as needed, including typing correspondence and managing office supplies
* Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on accounts
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
* Experience using QuickBooks is essential
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Prior clerical experience will be beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role
