The Role
Working with these prestigious Brands as a Fragrance Beauty Advisor is an opportunity for you to showcase your talents, this role offers it all and you can positively impact your customers and spread joy, who wouldn't want to do that on a daily basis?! This role is varied and will require you to:
* Create and build a clientele where you will be their trusted Fragrance Advisor.
* Collaborate with the Counter Manager, Beauty Sales Manager and Brand Managers to grow your business and reach your full potential.
* Be confident recommending fragrances based on your product knowledge, your customers preferences, and closing the sale.
* Share your passion for the Brands and all their exciting offerings.
About You
We are seeking a Fine Fragrance Beauty Advisor to join our team who has:
* Experience working in a retail environment and achieving sales targets, (experience within the beauty industry or with a luxury Brand would be an advantage).
* A passion for all things Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves.
* Strong communication skills, enabling you to approach customers in-store & via telephone in a confident friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding customer experience.
* A genuine interest in current beauty trends and pop culture, with motivation to up-skill on new product knowledge, reviews and launches.
This position is part time and involves working on a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday roster.
