ADDEV Parafix is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth across our Mobility & Industry sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional with strong technical curiosity and a passion for developing markets, building customer relationships, and leading a team to deliver outstanding results.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will identify and secure new business opportunities, manage and grow existing customer accounts, and prospect for new applications across the UK (and occasionally Western Europe).
You’ll combine commercial acumen with technical understanding to promote our broad product offering while managing the full sales cycle—from opportunity development through to order follow-up and supporting cash collection when required.
You will also play a key leadership role, managing Account Managers within the Mobility & Industry team and ensuring strong performance across sales KPIs.
