Salary: £29,000-£32,000 plus bonus and benefits
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:00pm
Are you a passionate Graphic Designer ready to make your mark? Our client, a luxury manufacturing business, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic creative team at their Head Office in Farnworth, Bolton. This is your chance to influence visual communications across both digital and print media while contributing to exciting brand initiatives! You'll work directly alongside the Marketing Manager and Creative Designer to:
* Shape the visual identity of products and campaigns
* Collaborate closely with a talented team to drive innovative ideas

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop creative concepts for campaigns
* Produce high-quality artwork for brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials
* Create engaging web-ready graphics for digital platforms
* Apply UX/UI principles to enhance user experiences
* Support photography and videography teams with art direction
* Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong creative flair and understanding of brand identity
* Experience in creating brand guides and reusable templates
* A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Passion for design and visual storytelling
* Excellent attention to detail and high standards
What's good to have, but we can provide training:
* Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
* Simple web-design - wordpress/shopify.
* Experience within a product related graphic design role.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree or equivalent in a design-related field
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a creative/design role
* Graduates considered!
* Strong knowledge of design principles and digital media
* A compelling portfolio showcasing your design range

Selection Process:

Phone call: You'll be invited for a short phone call with the Marketing Manager to discuss your application and the role in more depth. Nothing too formal, we want to get to know you!
Creative Challenge: Shortlisted candidates will complete a design task reflecting real-world work.
Interview & Portfolio Discussion: Meet with the Marketing Manager and design team to discuss your work, see the office, and meet the wider teams.
Final Review & Offer: The successful candidate will receive a formal offer and onboarding details.
