We are recruiting for a Bookings Administrator to join a busy training department on a full time basis. You will be part of a team of around 15 in the training department, consisting of trainers, assessors and administration and you will provide key support for booking of both internal and external training. You will ensure that all training is booked correctly and processed on time according to delivery plans. You will also need to maintain accurate records for all training courses, events and delegates. The role: * Receive and process all training booking forms * Raise purchase orders and invoice as per terms * Monitor waiting lists/cancellations and convert to bookings * Weekly reporting for bookings, cancellations and amendments * Handle all training and booking enquiries via phone, email and online chat * Support with an adhoc administration required for training events The ideal candidate will come from a similar background, confident with managing multiple projects at a time and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
