What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Professional, you’ll help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. You’ll follow personalised care plans designed to promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence. Your responsibilities will include:
* Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, incontinence support)
* Medication support
* Meal preparation and assistance
* Shopping and practical daily tasks
* Light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, tidying)
* Companionship and emotional support
What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!)
You don’t need care experience – just the passion to help others. Full, paid training is provided, along with ongoing support to help you grow. We’re looking for:

Work Locations
This community‑based role involves travelling to support clients within their local communities. We proudly provide high‑quality care across Basildon and the surrounding areas, primarily covering:
* Brentwood
* Billericay
* Harlow
* Langdon Hills
* Pitsea
* Havering
* Redbridge
* Wickford
* and surrounding communities.
Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence are required due to the geographical nature of the role.
Competitive Pay & Travel Support
We know that travelling between clients is a core part of community care, so we make sure you are fully supported and compensated for your time on the road!
* Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour
* Paid Travel Time: You are paid for your travel time between visits (Travel Time Top‑Up included!)
* Mileage Allowance: 28p per mile
Shift Patterns
We offer flexible patterns to suit your lifestyle (full‑time, part‑time, weekdays, and weekends available):
* Day Shifts: 7:00/8:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
* Evening Shifts: 3:00/4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
