We're looking for a detail-driven and proactive Part-Time Financial Officer to support our dynamic and forward-thinking client, a respected leader in the care and housing sector.
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Andover or Weymouth office)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Salary: £30, FTE
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately post income to finance, housing management, and care systems.
2. Issue and reconcile sales ledger invoices.
3. Support families with billing enquiries.
4. Administer financial processes including Direct Debits, standing orders, and other payment methods.
5. Manage admissions, terminations, billing, and account reconciliation across multiple systems.
6. Chase and maintain contracts, placement agreements, licence agreements, and LPA documents.
7. Support debt recovery efforts not handled by the income recovery team.
8. Uplift fees and charges annually across care and finance systems.
What We're Looking For:
9. Confident user of Microsoft Office packages.
10. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
11. Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines under pressure.
12. AAT qualification or relevant degree (desirable).
13. Experience in care sector finance or housing management systems (desirable).
