As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll play a key role in helping our estate agent Partners unlock the full potential of their Rightmove membership. You’ll welcome them onboard, guide them through the early months, and show them how to get the best from our tools and services. Your goal? To make them feel confident, supported, and inspired to grow their business. What you’ll be doing As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) of Rightmove for our newest Partners - estate agents who are either joining us for the first time or returning after a break. For the first 8 months of their journey, you’ll be by their side, building trust and showing them how to make the most of everything we offer. Your day-to-day will include: Welcoming new Partners with a personal call or message to kick things off. Coaching them on how to use powerful tools like RM Plus to grow their business, enabling you to uncover opportunities to upgrade their journey with Rightmove packages and products. Sharing insights and tips based on their data – turning numbers into actions that deliver real value. Preparing them for important moments like contract renewals and changes, so there are no surprises. Combining your knowledge of Rightmove with our partners business goals to retain business to ensure ongoing success for both parties Juggling a buzzing portfolio of around 180 Partners - making sure everyone gets personal attention (you need to connect with all your Partners at least every 8 weeks.) Hosting 6 meaningful conversations a day either over the phone or on Teams, offering support, encouragement, and inspiration. Connecting them to other Rightmove teams when they need specialist support. Encouraging and nurturing them to explore premium services that can take their business to the next level. Connecting and building partnerships with new prospects looking to join Rightmove, using your business skills and market knowledge to nurture and support them on their new journey Who you are You’ll love this role if you: Are passionate about a career in sales and account management – this is a brilliant entry point where you can make your mark and grow with us.
