About us:

The Role:

This position is within the Fresh Insights team, reporting to the Senior Account Manager – Prepared. It involves working directly with clients in the frozen and plant-based categories, across branded, private label, global CPGs, and startups. Your role will be to understand their business, categories, and relationship with Tesco, then develop value-added propositions to monetize data and insights.


Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and budget holders across disciplines.
2. Utilize knowledge of our tools to consultatively sell to both existing clients and new prospects.
3. Support forecasting, new business development, and proposal writing alongside the Senior Account Manager.


Ideal Candidate:

* Experience in account management or insight sales, preferably with Tesco exposure or in the fresh/frozen category.
* Proven ability to use data to influence stakeholders and grow revenue.
* Strong understanding of the UK retail market, including current challenges and opportunities.
* Resilient, positive, and adaptable in problem-solving.
* Excellent relationship-building, communication, and numeracy skills.
