This role is a significant step up from a standard Teaching Assistant position, offering you the opportunity to take a lead role in the classroom. You will work across various Primary year groups, providing high-level support and covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher. Key Responsibilities Leading the Classroom: Step in to lead and deliver pre-planned lessons across the Primary curriculum, ensuring pupils stay on track with their learning. 1-1 and Small Group Intervention: Plan and deliver targeted support sessions for pupils who require additional academic stretching or support in core subjects.
