Here at Aztec UK we supply the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Europe with a wide range of Master Flash roof and pipe flashings, as well as powder coated fixings. Due to heavy workload, we are looking to employ a new Junior Sales Officer for our office.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
* Marekt research and reaching out to potential customers
* Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries
* Keeping records of customer interactions, meetings, transactions, comments, and complaints as well as establish new customer accounts and record account information, like phone numbers or e-mail addresses
* Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions – product training after recruitment
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
* Interact with customers to solve issues and questions about products and services
* Listen to customer complaints, try to identify the cause of their problem to your best ability, identify the appropriate response and strategy to solve customer issues as quickly as possible as well as work with the team to solve customer issues and follow up with the customer to ensure resolution
* Be able to manage large amounts of phone calls, chats, emails, and other communication channels
* Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities
* Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
* Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products to leads and colleagues
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues

Requirements/Qualifications:
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Highly motivated and target driven

* Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
* Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
