Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand market presence, targeting HV&LV electrical contractors, panel builders, and their end users across the UK.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, setting performance targets and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
* Build and nurture high-level relationships with key industry stakeholders to create a robust pipeline of opportunities for power quality solutions.
* Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to craft tailored proposals and targeted campaigns, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
* Oversee the preparation and presentation of complex quotes, leveraging technical support to secure high-value contracts.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the power quality space.
Essential Requirements
* Proven track record as a senior sales leader or head of sales, with extensive experience in technical sales, preferably within power quality or related electrical engineering fields.
* Strong strategic vision combined with hands-on expertise in new business development and team management.
* In-depth knowledge of the UK market, including HV contractors and panel builders, and their operational dynamics.
* Solid understanding of 3-phase electricity principles to effectively engage with technical stakeholders.
* Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required to support sales initiatives and team development.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to drive both team success and direct sales outcomes.
