Head Chef - Fantastic Property with Town Location
A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this Busy Hotel & Restaurant in Worcester for a Head Chef. You will lead a brigade serving all fresh produce and preparing meals for restaurant and bar service as well small functions. The New Head Chef will have the opportunity to introduce new menus and develop the food concept at the hotel. You must have strong kitchen management skills and be able to lead and develop your brigade. You will serve meals for the bar and restaurant which has around 40 covers. The hotel has 2 function rooms for 80 guests as well as afternoon tea trade.

The Role
Reporting to the General Manager you will manage and develop the food concept at the hotel
Working in the kitchen using fresh ingredients
Full autonomy with Menu writing
Kitchen Management duties including GP, rotas', hygiene and cleanliness
The Person
You will already be a Head Chef oe experienced Sous looking for an exciting new challenge
Able to manage a busy hotel kitchen team
Outgoing personality with good communication skills to speak to guests and colleagues
