Yardman Operative - Market Drayton
The purpose of this role is to support day-to-day yard operations, including jet washing the tankers and maintaining clean and safe work environment.
Shift pattern: 4on 4off 06:00 - 18:00
PLEASE NOTE, THESE ARE 12 HOURS SHIFTS WORKING SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS ALSO. Immediate starts!
Working outside in the yard, also in the elements.
Day pay rates:
1. Monday – Friday £12.50
2. Saturday - £14
3. Sunday - £16
Roles and Responsibilities:
4. Jet washing the tankers
5. General yard duties such as tidying, organising equipment
6. Verifying documentation provided by HGV drivers to ensure compliance
Key skills and experience:
7. Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable
8. A positive thinking and self-motivated individual
9. An effective team member who works well on their own initiative
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work
