We’re looking for a HRIS & Reporting Analyst to join our People team, the role is offered as Hybrid, 1 day a week in our office based in Milton Keynes. Are you someone who means business, moves fast, thinks big and shakes things up if so, this is the right opportunity for you! You’ll be supporting the HRIS & People Admin Manager at the heart of our HR tech ecosystem, delivering and driving efficiency, accuracy, and innovation across our systems and reporting. You will be joining our team on a journey to bring to life our people data and system capabilities that support our people and the business to deliver delicious. If you’re someone who builds strong, trusted stakeholder relationships, delivers accurate reporting that drives smart decisions, and keeps our systems running smoothly, securely, and with high user adoption while constantly pushing for improvement and staying ahead of HR tech trends this is the role for you.
