We are working with Kingspan who is looking for multiple Production Operatives to join their busy site. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, can follow technical instructions, and wants to be part of a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
* Assembling steel frames using hand and power tools
* Operating milling and other machinery safely and efficiently
* Reading and working from mechanical drawings
* Carrying out general production duties on a fast-paced line
* Performing regular quality checks
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
* Collaborating with the team to meet production targets
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Own transport due to locations
* A strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Confidence using tools and machinery
* Ability to read mechanical drawings
* A reliable and hardworking attitude

* Pay starting at £12.21 per hour increasing to up to £16.47 per hour after probation

o Double days - Mon-Fri 6-2/2-10
o 2 shift - 12 hour shifts rotating days and nights
