We are looking for a passionate and motivated Pastry Chef to join our team at Belle Epoque Patisserie.
As a Pastry Chef, you will have to:
Prepare pastries, including preparing dough and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate.
Review Production sheet to understand variety of baked goods to be produced daily.
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods.
Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures.
Check and ensure correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, and report issues to the Chef.
Monitor the quality of food prepared and portions served.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security.
The position is full-time, five days a week, including week-ends.
