What you’ll bring to the role Experience working with children in a primary school or similar educational setting A patient, positive and understanding approach to learning and behaviour Strong communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with pupils and colleagues Flexibility to support a variety of learning needs and classroom activities Reliability, enthusiasm and a “can-do” attitude A relevant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning) is beneficial but not essential What you’ll be doing Providing 1:1 and small-group support, including for pupils with additional or special educational needs Assisting the class teacher with engaging, inclusive lesson delivery Preparing classroom resources and contributing to a welcoming, stimulating learning environment Promoting positive behaviour, wellbeing and independence Working closely with staff to ensure a safe, caring and inspiring school experience Why work with us?
