Our Bar Staff and Waiting Staff:
6. Work on busy event bars and/or providing bar table service where required
7. Serving of food & drink including cash handling
8. VIP Box and Restaurant Service
9. Assisting with the clear down and closure of the unit at the end of each shift
Ideal Candidates will have the following
10. Previous experience in a similar a busy bar or event environment
11. Previous cash handling experience
12. Knowledge of cocktails is preferred
13. Excellent communication skills
14. Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment
15. Excellent organisational skills
16. Good team player as well as ability to work on own initiative
17. Take pride in your work
