Our client (Main Contractor) operates within 3 key sectors; Leisure, Industrial & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature, although they do deliver Refurbishment schemes. Projects range in value up to £20 million.
Following a the delivery of an initial project, our client has secured their 2nd scheme for a Midlands Premiership Football Club on a negotiated basis. This is a £10 million scheme and you will report to a site based Senior Quantity Surveyor.

About You:
•Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £5 million.
•Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
•Reside within commutable distance of Birmingham.
•Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
