The Logistical Admin Support Worker provides essential logistical support to community Nursing teams across Primary Care Networks, enabling the teams to focus on patient-facing care. They are a vital team member contributing to the delivery of high-quality care. Responsibilities include ordering equipment via the NHS procurement webpage, managing stock levels of dressings and equipment, maintaining databases to ensure safe and effective care delivery, and supporting the District Nurse in managing and providing an effective workspace.
This role also requires visiting various locations across Airedale to pick up or deliver documents and equipment.

The role involves using e-technologies to improve team workflows, maintaining effective office systems, and identifying improvements to enhance individual, team, and service performance. You will collect information for statistical analysis, input data into computer systems, and ensure data quality in the Patient Administration System. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining stock supplies, ensure the work area is fit for purpose, adhere to policies and procedures, contribute to risk and governance management, support project work, and act as an ambassador for administrative services, demonstrating exemplary behavior.
