At S3 Solutions, we provide four distinct but connected services dedicated to supporting organisations on their mission to deliver positive social change. FundReady - Practical support to write and submit funding applications and access to our grant funding database with up to date information on all the latest funding opportunities. ImpactReady - Online software and consulting services that simplify the evaluation process and make impact measurement easier. AccountsReady - Sector specific accounting service for the Third sector and not for profit organisations. S3Consulting - Feasibility study, strategic planning, business case and master planning services.
Responsibilities
* Add and update funding opportunities in the company’s database on a regular basis.
* Ensure the accuracy, quality, and relevance of all data entered into the system.
* Test and document software updates or new features on the fundready platform.
* Work with the Senior Software Develop & Product Manager to explore how AI can improve user experience, automate tasks, and support community organisations.
* Assist in researching and testing AI tools or integrations relevant to funding searches, data management, or client reporting.
* Support the Fundready team in using the software system effectively.
* Help troubleshoot basic user issues and record system feedback for the technical team.
* Participate in meetings and contribute to planning sessions focused on system improvement.
* Maintain accurate logs of updates, technical issues, and improvement suggestions.
* Provide regular progress reports to the line manager.
* Assist with administrative duties linked to system management and client projects.
* Ensure all actions comply with S3 Solutions’ data protection, privacy, and quality policies. Undertake duties as can be reasonably expected to contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of S3 Solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Recognised Degree-Any discipline.
* Experience in data entry, CRM or system management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or database software, knowledge of data automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Zapier, ChatGPT).
* Excellent communication (verbal and written), organisational and time management skills.
* A self-motivating approach to work, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Driving license with access to a car for traveling.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in a community, voluntary, or sporting organisation.
* Understanding of AI tools or data analytics.
* Basic understanding of system testing or quality assurance.
