Are you a sales-driven professional with a proven track record in SaaS, tech, or BPO sales? Are you ready to work with global clients, close high-impact deals, and drive growth in a fast-scaling tech company?
At Index.dev, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Sales Accounts Executive from Latin America to join our remote-first team and help us shape the future of tech recruitment.
What You’ll Do:
1. Identify and engage target clients using smart sales strategies and CRM tools
2. Lead discovery calls, qualify leads, and present tailored solutions to client pain points
3. Drive contract negotiations, close deals, and collaborate closely with Talent and Demand teams
4. Maintain client satisfaction, renewals, and upsells while staying aligned with SLAs
5. Monitor industry trends and continuously refine your sales approach to stay ahead
What We’re Looking For:
* 7–10 years of sales experience in SaaS, recruitment platforms, or tech services
* Strong understanding of tech recruitment models (e.g., assigning devs on long-term contracts)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* A team player with a hands-on leadership style and strategic thinking
* English proficiency (C1) to communicate fluently with clients from the U.S. & Canada
* Bonus: basic technical knowledge of programming languages
