Core Duties
* Act as primary HR contact for international teams, ensuring a connected and high‑performing culture.
* Lead onboarding and integration for new hires and acquisitions globally.
* Design and deliver manager training programmes.
* Support performance reviews, promotions, and career development frameworks.
* Partner on full‑cycle recruitment and talent pipeline management.
* Own onboarding & offboarding experiences end‑to‑end.
* Maintain HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
* Drive initiatives that strengthen culture across global teams.
Qualifications
* 4–6 years HR experience in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.
* Background in financial services or professional services.
* Ideally educated to degree level.
* Strong problem‑solving ability with high emotional intelligence.
* Proactive, adaptable, comfortable working without a playbook.
* Exposure on an European/Global scale essential.
* Excellent communication skills; ability to simplify complexity.
* Tech‑savvy (Rippling, Lattice, G‑Suite).
