3. Shaping and safeguarding the organisation's visual identity across markets
4. Leading and developing a regionally aligned creative team
5. Influencing senior stakeholders to champion high standards of design
6. Setting creative direction for major group-level initiatives
7. Overseeing high-quality creative delivery across campaigns, digital, internal communications and brand activity
8. Reviewing and signing off key creative outputs
9. Introducing scalable processes, templates and frameworks
10. Reducing inefficiencies through stronger briefing and creative governance
11. Developing a long-term creative roadmap aligned to business growth
12. Evolving the visual identity system to support expansion and market differentiation
13. Exploring new technologies, including AI-driven creative tools
14. Establishing meaningful creative KPIs linked to brand perception and campaign performance
15. Ensuring adherence to brand standards, accessibility requirements and regulatory controls
The Successful Applicant
A successful Creative Director should have:
16. A strong track record leading an in-house design or creative function
17. Experience delivering large-scale brand programmes across multiple markets
18. Exceptional conceptual and visual storytelling ability
19. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and modern design technologies
20. A solid understanding of motion, digital design and brand systems
21. Experience mentoring and developing creative talent
22. The ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on input when required
