Payroll Administrator – 18‑Month Fixed Term Contract
📍 Leeds (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)
I’m recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a global professional services business based in Leeds on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract, with hybrid working and an excellent team culture.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their experience within a large, fast‑paced finance environment – supporting UK payroll operations for thousands of employees while working alongside experienced payroll professionals.
What you’ll be doing:
* Setting up new starters and processing leavers
* Managing payroll data changes and supporting monthly payroll runs
* Administering private medical and employee benefits
* Handling payroll queries and assisting with audits
* Carrying out peer checks to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance
What we’re looking for:
* At least 1 year of experience in a payroll or finance admin role
* Strong Excel and data entry skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
* Confident communicator who enjoys working in a team
* Experience with iTrent is desirable (but not essential)
