Role Details
* Base salary: £40,000 - £43,561; uncapped commission structure to be discussed, OTE £9,000 per annum.
* Patch includes Newcastle, Durham, Middlesbrough, Sunderland, and Darlington.
* Field‑based role; travel to client sites regularly. Base in Washington office; work from home when needed.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday full time, although the working hours are flexible.
About The Role
As part of our dedicated National Field Sales Team, you’ll be tasked with securing new business for SUEZ, recycling and recovery UK. It’s a chance to put your talents to the test in a stimulating role, where you’ll bring new, profitable customers to the business alongside maintaining your pipeline.
Responsibilities
* Out and about building relationships with new clients and providing a Total Waste Solution to meet client needs and deliver on targets such as Sales performance and Revenue.
* Operate in a specific geographic area, working closely with our teams to achieve your goals. Communicate important information and promote the recycling ethos.
Requirements
* Driven, experienced and IT‑literate, with a proven track record of at least 2 years in a senior/supervisory sales role.
* Background in the waste industry not essential; training will be provided.
* Capable of creating sales plans; direct selling; presenting to clients; negotiating at all levels.
* Experience managing service levels, creating positive customer experience, managing expectations, maximizing customer loyalty and profits.
