Contracts Manager – Residential & Commercial Projects Location: Predominantly South of England (some nationwide travel) An established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential and commercial projects. A background in heritage or restoration is preferred but not essential. This is a varied role suited to a commercially aware and organised professional who is comfortable managing several live sites and maintaining strong client and site team relationships. The Role * Manage up to 10 concurrent projects across residential and commercial sectors. * Oversee delivery from pre-start through to completion. * Regular site visits (approximately 3 days per week on the road) with 2 days office-based. * Coordinate site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitor programme, quality, health & safety, and budgets. * Handle variations, valuations, and cost control. * Build and maintain strong client relationships.
