Looking for a hands-on role where you can have a direct impact on production efficiency and stock availability in a fast-paced FMCG environment? We’re seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our client's high-performing operations team, ensuring optimal material flow, zero stock-outs, and efficient production support across the site. What You’ll Be Doing: ✔ Stock & Inventory Management – Oversee and manage all raw materials, packaging, finished goods and merchandise on site ✔ Procurement – Place timely orders for materials in line with supplier lead-times to ensure uninterrupted production ✔ Inbound Planning – Coordinate incoming deliveries and liaise with suppliers to confirm dates and reduce risk of delays ✔ Scheduling – Develop efficient production plans and schedules, working closely with cross-functional teams ✔ Reporting – Generate data-driven reports covering plan vs. actual performance, supplier metrics, at-risk stock, and inventory costs ✔ CHEP & Logistics – Manage CHEP pallet movements and collaborate with customers on empty keg returns ✔ Stock Control – Conduct accurate stock-takes, improve rotation, and minimise waste through efficient utilisation ✔ Admin & Compliance – Raise purchase orders, carry out ad hoc administrative tasks, and support Directors as needed What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in supply chain planning, buying, or stock control – ideally in Food, Drink or FMCG Confident managing fast-paced and seasonal demand challenges Strong communication and interpersonal skills across departments and with external suppliers Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems Warehouse or forklift experience desirable CIPS Level 4 qualification preferred but not essential ✅ Why You’ll Love This Role: Variety & Impact – A hands-on role where your decisions directly influence operations and product availability Data-Driven – A great opportunity to apply analytical skills and optimise planning processes Professional Growth – Be part of a team that supports learning, development and improvement Team Environment – Collaborate with friendly and knowledgeable colleagues across departments Make a Difference – Join a business that values continuous improvement and quality-driven outcomes Ready to bring your supply chain expertise to a role where you can make a real operational impact?
